Launching League Leadership is a dynamic professional development series designed to empower building-level leaders to elevate their impact across their schools. Through a focused blend of collaboration with other leaders in the league, reflection, and practical application, participants will strengthen their ability to cultivate a purposeful and inclusive school culture, lead meaningful learning through strong instructional leadership, and inspire sustainable change. Emphasizing innovation and forward-thinking practices, this series equips leaders with the tools and mindset needed to foster growth, energize staff, and drive continuous improvement within their school communities.
League business will be discussed following lunch.
Content: Sessions will focus on building capacity in developing strong instructional leadership skills, a laser sharp focus on best practices, how to effectively lead change, and how to build a purposeful school community. Sessions will be collaborative and include time to work on a customized action plan.
