Content: Leaders will administer the Building Ranks 360 Survey electronically to staff, supervisor, and families to receive individualized survey results around the domains of building culture and leading learning. The survey is followed by creation of an Individual Plan of Study and monthly collaborative coaching sessions with a USA staff member to address self-selected growth areas.
Audience: Administrators with at least one year, preferably more in their current administrative placement
$2500 Non Member, $2000 Member, PLN Districts get ONE free registrations. All following registrations are $1500 per person.

Content: Sessions will focus on building capacity in developing strong instructional leadership skills, a laser sharp focus on best practices, how to effectively lead change, and how to build a purposeful school community. Sessions will be collaborative and include time to work on a customized action plan.

Our Core Certification program covers all the bases of facility management, and it is led by experienced professionals with real experience and practical knowledge.
Graduation Requirements to attend seven of the eight Modules although all 8 are encouraged.
