Joe Coles has been a devoted educator for over 40 years working as a teacher, counselor, coach, athletic director, and principal. Joe has been presenting to teachers, staff, and students sharing his passion for making education better. His experiences make it very easy for people of all ages to relate to him. He has spoken to hundreds of thousands of students and staff.

As Kansas continues to relook and redesign our schools research from the Wallace Foundation shows significant school change is impossible without a school-wide sense of community and an effective school leader. USA-Kansas is excited to partner with Joe this fall as he shares 9 foundations to building but more importantly maintain a strong school climate in your building, department or district. Joe will bring his 40 years of experience with adults and students to help leaders understand the power and importance of a strong School Culture.
