2026 KIAAA Spring Conference Vendor Showcase

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the Kansas Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (KIAAA) 2026 Spring Conference in Manhattan, Kansas.

The vendor showcase will be held Sunday, March 29, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. at the Manhattan Conference Center. Exhibit space is limited, and early registration is encouraged.

The conference will host 175+ athletic directors from across Kansas, offering a focused opportunity to connect with key decision-makers in education-based athletics. The vendor show includes more than three uninterrupted hours with no concurrent sessions, allowing for meaningful interaction with attendees.

Sponsorship Opportunities: Companies seeking additional visibility may consider event or major program sponsorships, as well as advertising opportunities. Benefits include enhanced brand exposure, event naming rights, and opportunities to present products and services during general sessions or through association programs.

Exhibitor setup will take place Saturday, March 28, from 6:00–10:00 p.m., and Sunday, March 29, beginning at 7:00 a.m. Teardown will occur from 2:45–5:30 p.m. following the showcase.
